As the Xbox Category Manager for Services and Subscriptions, you are taking over one of our most important present and future businesses in France. You are responsible for planning and executing world-class product launches, e.g. Xbox Game Pass for PC, and full-funnel demand gen campaigns to grow our ecosystem beyond our core console audience, making Xbox Game Pass the must-have gaming subscription for everyone. With the new game streaming service codenamed Project xCloud which is currently in a public preview, you have the very rare chance to shape the future of gaming.

Increase Xbox services purchase intent and attract new audiences

Grow fan base by engaging key influencers & content creators and local media, brands, and partners
Plan & execute partner led demand gen with top retail partners, driving thru the line co-marketing
Contribute to channel investment plans (in partnership with Channel Sales and Channel Marketing) and priorities based on the Xbox Strategy and priorities including managed retail, telco, breadth retail, online.
Drive adoption of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Deliver full-funnel demand gen campaigns (direct & thru partner) via Digital, Social, Influencer, O&O & Experiential levers to attract new audiences and convince existing users to upgrade from Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
Partner with local PR leads to plan & execute campaigns that drive excitement & awareness, highlighting Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as the must-have gaming subscription
Partner with Channel Device Marketing to optimize conversion with premium channel execution

Drive always on in store & online marketing that drives growth, earns fans, & optimizes channel footprint
Grow attach motions to new product groups, including attach motions with PC OEM and 3rd party gaming partners
Landing digital execution that is best-in-class utilizing videos, animation, & strong attach tactics.
Make decisions based on analytical data insights

Become an expert in important services metrics
Use detailed deep-dive analysis of sales and usage data, utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform to gain insights on your local as well as the EMEA business
Provide and share insights across the whole Xbox business with you local peers as well as with the EMEA community

A successful track record in managing and transforming a consumer category, while meeting sales and profitability targets.
Passion for Gaming and the Xbox brand
Sharp analytical skills and acumen to review and manage budgets, market data, and deal opportunities.
Experience in data analysis, transformation and visualization, e.g. via Power BI
Ability to bring to life great ideas and influence others – both internally at Microsoft and externally thru partners.
Represent your business in front of partners and stakeholders at all levels inside and outside Microsoft.
An entrepreneurial spirit, and thrives within a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and hands-on attitude, experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign favorable

International travel required (approx. 3 weeklong trips per year)
Fluency in French and English
